FLORAL + STRIPE

Hello People! how did your weekend go? I would say my weekend was pretty slow and quiet. This candy room pumps was love at first sight. I have had it for a while now, but trying to make sure I pair it with the right outfit. Lately I have been enjoying mixing print and patterns. I figured this "Shein" Navy blue floral dress would be a perfect match with the satin "Candyroom" pumps by "Taylor Says". Currently "Shein" has been one of my favorite online store because they are affordable and displays a lot of colorful prints that I admire.

I was left to choose between pairing this dress with a nude or orange belt. I imagined orange been too busy with the dress and I picked the nude belt.

The Casual

Good evening everyone! This past weekend was a visit to Miami with the family. My brother received his Doctorate degree from the Univeristy Of Miami on the 30th of may. On that same day marked my 7th year wedding anniversary and my baby boy turned 5 months. I am really grateful to God for blessing me with a wonderful husband and two adorable children. I thank God for my wonderful parents and siblings.

While In Miami I visited a club called Mansion with my husband, brother and his girlfriend. We also visited a place called Fat Tuesday to get drinks. We toured around the city and it was so beautiful with lots of palm trees. Finally, we went to South beach which I have been looking forward to. It was a very short vacation but awesome having my parents around. I will love to visit again and visit more fun places around. Some of my pictures from the beach are on my instagram  (kiks_closet).

Last week I had a photo shoot with this casual outfit that I paired with a red curly hair. I would not have believed I did rocked a hair color like that, but I took a risk. I did received lots of comment on the hair and that made me feel relaxed. Here I paired my stripe shirt with a small vest and a snow wash jeans.

Floral Print

Hello everyone! Happy Mothers Day! Its our day and we deserve the best of everything! unfortunately I have to work today but I will make it up to my loves when I get off work.
I am so in love with my children and they are part of the best thing that ever happened to my life.
Israel and Vanessa I pray you both always be a source of happiness to me as usual.

 In this post, I paired my black v-neck sweater with my custom made floral skirt. I love the colors and floral pattern. When I saw this green shoe online I knew right away it would be perfect for this floral skirt.

Hello people! Happy Monday and here are the rest of the pictures as promised. I did the PhotoShoot in DC close to the monument last two Sundays. The weather was nice and I wanted an environment with beautiful spring flowers. In this outfit I paired my custom made pink peplum skirt with a black v-neck sweater. I love the pastel look of this shoe and It was love at first sight.

Hello people, Happy weekend! I have lately been backwards on blogging. I recently gave birth to a beautiful boy named Israel Adewale who just turned 4 months last thursday.  I will be sharing some of Israel's four months photoshoot here soon. My family is grateful to God and very happy for this wonderful gift of life. I will not say I am fully back to blogging because israel is a handful currently, but I will be keeping up with you guys when I have a free time on my hands. I am so grateful to God today for adding another year to my life. Seeing the last years of my twenties is worth the thanks. I have achieved a lot and I believe more is yet to come. I pray the good lord grants me more years on earth in good health. I pray to learn to love, forgive and appreciate everything God has provided for me. I pray for patient and understanding in all I encounter in life. I will always cherish everyday as my birthday, because seeing another day is a blessing.
