Happy sunday everyone! I have really missed blogging and dressing up. I recently graduated with my Bachelors,s of science in Nursing and it was one of the greatest achievements of my life. I am currently busy trying to study and prepare for my Nursing Licensure Exam which I will be taking very soon. It has been really a long journey but thank God I made it through.

I look forward to posting more pictures of my daily outfits soon and also re-organize my blog to something more colorful and welcoming. I will be wearing more of maxi dresses and short dresses this summer. and I am really looking forward to the new blog and design.

Here are some of my pictures from the May graduation with family and friends. Enjoy the view.

I was so in love with this Asos jacquard skirt when I came across it while window shopping on line. I could not resist the colors and I decided it would be prefect for mother's day. Unfortunately I missed the mother's day brunch with the church women. I planned last minute to wear it for my graduation ceremony.

One of the most caring and sweet person I have ever met is Ronke Bello. We met in Morgan State University at the Nursing program. She has really been a sister and a great friend. Thanks for coming out to celebrate with me.

Ronke's friend was so sweet as well. Meeting her for the first time was love at first sight. I guess I was captured by her beautiful Virgous Lounge colorful skirt. I love colors and beautiful materials.

Beautiful roses from the hubby. Thanks
Make up was by @verygoodbadgurl follow her on instagram. She turned me into a doll lol.
The hubby behind the success! He stood by me through it all. Always supportive and understanding. God bless you darling!

The omopariola's (Vicky and Cici) came to show me some love...Thanks loves!

Its all about Jadore!

Hello everyone….Its really been a fun week and thank God the weather is beginning to get warmer. Spring is around the corner and that is a time I look forward to. I miss wearing maxi printed dresses and taking pictures with the beautiful nature of spring season. I have not been able to post any of my outfits due to some present task. I will definitely start uploading as soon as everything is resolved.

This week happens to be my husband,s birthday and we celebrated it by attending our valentine ball party which was organized by the church. The party took place at "La Fontaine Bleue" in lanham Maryland. It was a beautiful room with this huge chandelier, music was awesome and we celebrated through the night.

Today I am honored to feature one of the bloggers I admire everything about her fashion and style. This lady not only made pregnancy looks great, but embraces skirts in different styles…I am so in love with the peplum and full skirts outfit on her blog. I hardly wear skirts because I have so many pants in my closet. I am really encouraged to try out different kinds of skirts ranging from peplum to full skirts. Here are some of her styles that I am in love with…….

This tutu skirt was on my list before been sold out on asos…I was really disappointed but I am looking out for it to be back in store.

I am so in love with this ribbon shoes and I am putting an order in for a green color….All the colors seem beautiful, making it difficult to pick one specific color.
Seeing a pregnant woman look this hot, will make you want to get pregnant….I love this outfit on her. She sure embraced pregnancy perfectly! Check out her blog for more pregnancy styles.

She bounced back to her perfect figure right after having the baby! I am impressed……

Its all about Agatha!

Good evening everyone! I know its been a while…I have been really lay back trying to study for my Nursing Licensure exam. Wish me luck! I will be fully back after my exams and working on a new blog. Fashion is really something  I cannot shy away from regardless of my career. Its a part of me!

Today I am honored to feature "Agatha" from " Ironyofashi"who happens to be a fashion blogger and also share the same birthday with me.  I was in love with her blog and personal style the first time I checked into it. I enjoyed some of the short music videos that appears at the end of her daily blog.

Enjoy some of Agatha,s personal styles which I find amazing and the colors compliment each other.

This ankara top is everything!
Hair always flawless!

I love this outfit…Simple but elegant.

This stripe on stripe outfit blew my mind. I had my jaw drop when I first saw it.

I love this leopard print outfit and the way she mixed two leopard print colors together.
This time the leopard print was styled differently and looks beautiful.
I like the middle peplum shape of  the skirt.

The ankara dress!

Happy new year everyone…..I know its coming late. I have been on a low key for some weeks now trying to face the priorities of life. I know 2013 has really been a struggle but 2014 seems promising. One thing I have come to realize is to never give up! We cannot question God or ask him why? Life brings hope, and hope brings life.

This was the other part of my birthday outfit photo shoot from last year october. I had this dress for my 26th birthday some years back, and I was amazed I could still fit into it. I have gained a lot of weight recently, but the gym and diet are going to be my good friends this year. This ankara dress was made by "TNTKC" of DMV. She motivates me a lot by being a mother of 3 and still looks so good.

My prayer for everyone is that 2014 will be our year of testimonies and uplifting. What are your new year resolutions, like we all do have one every begining of the year. Mine is to be more closer to God, gym, diet, family, and taking care of me! I eliminated negativity, friends of no value, and those who will always bring people down rather than uplift them.

This pearl neck adornment was given to be me by my mother on my wedding day.

The smokey eye look has been my favorite since my first trail…..I felt it was a little too much this time. lol

Its all about Fisayo!

Hello everyone! Thank God Its friday and christmas Is fast approaching. I have been following fisayo, a fashion blogger on Instagram for a while now. I must confess, she inspires me a lot with colors well put together. Also, reading her blog Is very interesting. I enjoy reading the travel section, and the bright colored outfits on her blog appears amazing. Here are some of her styles that I find very beautiful and inspiring.

I have a gold brocade pant like this which I purchased from H and M. It has been staying in my closet for a while no,  because I am really not sure of what fabric to pair the pant with. This style was inspiring with the plain silk top.
I love this peplum mini skirt on her. I really need to start investing In skirts because I wear way too much pants. I am trying to believe that she has got on tights like It was mentioned on her blog. It seems very interesting to have a nude tights which people can hardly notice.

I am in love with this entire outfit. The chanel boy bag is everything!

Immediately I saw this sweatshirt from Zara on her blog. I wanted it so bad, but it was out of stock. It looks so different and unique from regular sweatshirts.

This skirt was everything! I loved the way she matched it up with a grey sweatshirt and white shoes to give it some color. Black is not my favorite and I hardly have outfits In black. This is very inspiring and I am looking forward to incorporate some black outfits into my closet this fall. I have been window shopping on some really nice black velvet and maxi dresses. I am patiently waiting to have them added to my closet.

Thanks for viewing and do have a wonderful weekend.

It's all about polkadot

Hello everyone! I have been really behind posting pictures on my blog. Nursing school has really been consuming all my time lately. I am glad to be temporarily back again.

In october, I had a photo shoot for my birthday and here is one of the outfit I selected. Please always be thankful to God for life!

Have a wonderful day and remain blessed. Christmas is in few weeks! I am excited! Are u?

This baby pink cut out blazer was designed by me. It was tailored made in Nigeria by my Dad,s designer. The white and baby pink blazer appears really light, making it difficult to detect the white polka dots.

Lord knows that these past few months have been really challenging yet leading to success. One thing I have noticed in life, is to never question God. He sees beyond our imaginations and will always open the door at the right time. Learn to live pass the past, move on to the future, accept what you cannot change, pray over what you can change and have faith.

Thanks for viewing my blog
