Its my Birthday!

"And in the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years."
~Abraham Lincoln

I am so grateful to God today for adding another year to my life. Seeing the last years of my twenties is worth the thanks. I have achieved a lot and I believe more is yet to come. I pray the good lord grants me more years on earth in good health. I pray to learn to love, forgive and appreciate everything God has provided for me. I pray for patient and understanding in all I encounter in life. I will always cherish everyday as my birthday, because seeing another day is a blessing.

Have a wonderful day people

Blue Virgos!

Hi everyone! This past week was really busy but I was able to relax over the weekend. I had seven weddings in total this year, but my morning sickness really kept me indoors all summer. I was happy I made it to Ledwin and Bawo's wedding this past saturday.  Lovely couple and full of energy and fun! I decided to attend the wedding in my Virgoslounge blue dress. I had this dress since april, and I was surprised I could fit in it at 6 months and few weeks pregnant. I paired the dress with a pink shoe which was a gift from a good friend of mine. My favorite clutch from Zara matched perfectly with some shades of gold and blue.

On sunday, My friend Liz had a bridal shower and I was definitely excited to be involved. It was fun seeing old classmates and the bridal games kept the party alive. Liz will be getting married next month and I cannot wait to see her in that beautiful wedding gown. It was a white affair party but I ended up wearing a black/white outfit because my clothes are beginning to get smaller. I was too tired to take pictures for the blog.

I am learning how to edit pictures currently, but it is time consuming. Excuse the different shades of blue. Thanks

Meet The Baby Bump!

I am so grateful to God because this year has been amazing. Right before graduation I figured out I was pregnant. I was so happy because that was two good news at a time. Graduating and expecting a baby at the end of the year. I bet God and Santa are giving me the very best gift of this year.

This Pregnancy was very different from my first because I did not experience a lot of morning sickness. My first baby got me vomiting all through the nine months of pregnancy. I could hardly keep any food down and was not gaining enough weight. Unlike this pregnancy, I had morning sickness for just about 3 month and that was it. Every pregnancy can be different symptoms depending on the individual. I pray for a safe delivery and I cannot wait to meet this precious jewel inside of me.

My advice to you all today is to always ask God for what you want because he listens. Let your faith be strong with your prayers. Never doubt his power or existence. He lives and that I can testify because God has never failed me. If he has not done it, you are either asking of the wrong thing or your time is not now.

This polkadot shirt was given to me by my sister and the necklace was also a gift from a co-worker who is like a mother to me. The skirt was ordered through a friend but you can always order it on line form (Choices/Chicwish).

Have fun looking through my baby bump pics and more pics will be coming as time goes on.

Happy sunday everyone! This year has definitely been awesome for me, I do not know about u. I wore this polka and pink ball skirt to church today. I felt like summer is gone and I have not posted any bright colored outfit  in a long time. I am about to share a good news with everyone on my full picture upload of this outfit.  God is faithful! He gave me most of all I asked for. All you need to do is pray and have faith!

Happy sunday everyone! I have really missed blogging and dressing up. I recently graduated with my Bachelors,s of science in Nursing and it was one of the greatest achievements of my life. I am currently busy trying to study and prepare for my Nursing Licensure Exam which I will be taking very soon. It has been really a long journey but thank God I made it through.

I look forward to posting more pictures of my daily outfits soon and also re-organize my blog to something more colorful and welcoming. I will be wearing more of maxi dresses and short dresses this summer. and I am really looking forward to the new blog and design.

Here are some of my pictures from the May graduation with family and friends. Enjoy the view.

I was so in love with this Asos jacquard skirt when I came across it while window shopping on line. I could not resist the colors and I decided it would be prefect for mother's day. Unfortunately I missed the mother's day brunch with the church women. I planned last minute to wear it for my graduation ceremony.

One of the most caring and sweet person I have ever met is Ronke Bello. We met in Morgan State University at the Nursing program. She has really been a sister and a great friend. Thanks for coming out to celebrate with me.

Ronke's friend was so sweet as well. Meeting her for the first time was love at first sight. I guess I was captured by her beautiful Virgous Lounge colorful skirt. I love colors and beautiful materials.

Beautiful roses from the hubby. Thanks
Make up was by @verygoodbadgurl follow her on instagram. She turned me into a doll lol.
The hubby behind the success! He stood by me through it all. Always supportive and understanding. God bless you darling!

The omopariola's (Vicky and Cici) came to show me some love...Thanks loves!
The complete Omopariola's (Liz, Vicky and Cici). My sisters from another mother. Fashionistas of life! I love u ladies!

Thanks for viewing and remain blessed. Hope we all have a joyous week ahead.

Its all about Jadore!

Hello everyone….Its really been a fun week and thank God the weather is beginning to get warmer. Spring is around the corner and that is a time I look forward to. I miss wearing maxi printed dresses and taking pictures with the beautiful nature of spring season. I have not been able to post any of my outfits due to some present task. I will definitely start uploading as soon as everything is resolved.

This week happens to be my husband,s birthday and we celebrated it by attending our valentine ball party which was organized by the church. The party took place at "La Fontaine Bleue" in lanham Maryland. It was a beautiful room with this huge chandelier, music was awesome and we celebrated through the night.

Today I am honored to feature one of the bloggers I admire everything about her fashion and style. This lady not only made pregnancy looks great, but embraces skirts in different styles…I am so in love with the peplum and full skirts outfit on her blog. I hardly wear skirts because I have so many pants in my closet. I am really encouraged to try out different kinds of skirts ranging from peplum to full skirts. Here are some of her styles that I am in love with…….

This tutu skirt was on my list before been sold out on asos…I was really disappointed but I am looking out for it to be back in store.

I am so in love with this ribbon shoes and I am putting an order in for a green color….All the colors seem beautiful, making it difficult to pick one specific color.
Seeing a pregnant woman look this hot, will make you want to get pregnant….I love this outfit on her. She sure embraced pregnancy perfectly! Check out her blog for more pregnancy styles.

She bounced back to her perfect figure right after having the baby! I am impressed……

Its all about Agatha!

Good evening everyone! I know its been a while…I have been really lay back trying to study for my Nursing Licensure exam. Wish me luck! I will be fully back after my exams and working on a new blog. Fashion is really something  I cannot shy away from regardless of my career. Its a part of me!

Today I am honored to feature "Agatha" from " Ironyofashi"who happens to be a fashion blogger and also share the same birthday with me.  I was in love with her blog and personal style the first time I checked into it. I enjoyed some of the short music videos that appears at the end of her daily blog.

Enjoy some of Agatha,s personal styles which I find amazing and the colors compliment each other.

This ankara top is everything!
Hair always flawless!

I love this outfit…Simple but elegant.

This stripe on stripe outfit blew my mind. I had my jaw drop when I first saw it.

I love this leopard print outfit and the way she mixed two leopard print colors together.
This time the leopard print was styled differently and looks beautiful.
I like the middle peplum shape of  the skirt.
